Went there with an emergency for my female indie dog. It's a very popular clinic so there was a slight wait. But the charges are very reasonable and the care is excellent. Also, Dr. Poonia is THE best of the best vet in Delhi. Known to be very ethical. I asked about spaying my pet too and they didn't mislead and told me straight that it isn't to be done now unlike many other vets who almost got their knives out.and the stuff is very experienced TL;DR - Ethical, value for money, reliable abd professional. Seriously should consider this place as your pet's regular vet clinic

Very efficiently run clinic. It was my first time there as I had to take my sick cat for treatment. The vets took time to explain to me exactly what the diagnosis was and the treatment they were thinking of for my cat. My almost 1 year old cat had fallen from a height, and was under severe duress, she couldn't breathe normally. Within the span of 10-12 hours after visiting the clinic and their treatment, my cat was able to gradually recuperate to normalcy. Now she's back to her normal mischiefs which is a great sign how well she has recovered, all thanks to the sensitive vets at the clinic along with the staff present there!

Unfortunate to say that Ms Preeti wears a face of a calm personality but has a money minded attitude. She is an inexperienced so called dr. As half of the pup advices are given by her compounder who is an over confident nut. Their treatment procedures are weird and above all they have zero professionalism. Never writes a prescription of injections given to dog. In an Ill moment of time we took vaccination package from her but did not want to continue after one vaccination as we were unsatisfied with their treatment. We asked our refund offering 50% cut but the way they behaved and argued for the money was horrendous. She quoted now I will not give as it has come on my ego. Hard to believe these words from a doc. Awful experience. Rest it’s peoples’ choice to continue at such place or not as she often brags about her pup patients coming from as far as south Delhi. Wonder how the Noble doctors Turn their clinics into sterling machines.

very good Veterinary Doctor. He is highly Professional in handling the pets but simultaneously is very reasonable in his charges. A very caring and cheerful personility. He takes care of pets as human beings. He is highly responsive for his patients even at odd hours.

My words are very less for their service they treat our dogs like their child they have such a nice facility some days before our dog was suffered from cold at 3am it was our first time of keeping dog we have took care of him it has been six months they helped us a lot and at 3 am we called them they answered the call immediately and told us what to do in that situation after that he slept very comfortably and that attended our dog after that day he was totally fine they suggest u all correct things about your dog and they r so kind to talk with people u will feel like sitting there whole day talking them and I have got the best doctor for my dog and I was really happy I got this doctor and I really appreciate them and they have all the things that your pet want I really like thier clinic thank u and these were my honest reviews
