The experience was good. Food was amazing. The right amount of richness. Not too much, not too low. The portions were good too. This was our first time going to dum pukht and the waiter was good enough to show us around the menu. Good hygiene standards too. Infrared temperature measurement, automatic mask detection, a sanitizer on each table. Attaching some photos of the bathroom as well which was very hygienic and we'll maintained.

Amazing place, this place got magic Aroma which you can smell before entering the place even. Starters Welcome Drinks Main course Deserts And what not... Really symbolises the Culture and ethnicity it brought on to your taste buds. One of the best places to go during Covid times. Restaurant is very well sanitised & follows all the safety norms. The only inconvenience was due renovation of their main lobby washroom. There is only one washroom for all the restaurants & that too at entrance. Coming to the food, we had one of the best experience. Starters- Dum Pukht Kakori Main course- Dum Pukht Biryani Desserts- Phirni & Rose Kheer For starters we ate Dum Pukht Kakori & it was one of the finest mutton i had in my life, it melts in your mouth & tastes heavenly. Biryani was too delicious, less of spices & the aroma of kesar itself will make you feel divine. Phirni & kheer were cherry on the top, with apt amount of sugar, the desserts tasted too god. I would suggest everyone to try their rose kheer it doesn’t contain any rice & is made of rose petals. Overall a very good experience !! Kudos to the team at ITC..
