Very bad experience in this lab. i m visited this lab for some blood, ECG and ultrasound. Very slow service. During covid-19, No social distancing rules are followed here. There is 8-10 staff except doctors, and all of the staff members are rude. Receptionists are very slow like a sloth. They behave like illiterate. you can say like a govt. hospital staff. They can't even handle 100 people a day. I don't think handling 100 people a day and doing their registrations should be this much slow. There ultrasound doctor is really rude. if patient wear handkerchief or muflar in place of mask, doctor directly said \ Get-out\ without test.You will spend for every test here, but the staff of focus will show such behavior as if they are doing the test for free. There is no mic for the announcement. Muje called for ultrasound at 7:30. My token was 17 but my number arrived at 11:00. Despite having a token number, these people test their known people without first getting a token.

Location - 3/5 ( Green park area is super crowded and a lot of traffic ) Parking - 4/5 ( I was able to find easily ) Entrance 3/5 ( There are stairs ) Staff - 5/5 COVID precaution - 5/5 ( All staff was well equipped, automatic hand sanitization ) Interior - 4/5 ( clean ) Approx time - 4/5 ( I believe they have only one MRI machine so it can takes a while but I took appointment before hand so it all went well ) Cleanliness - 3/5 ( The premises were clean but still I was able to catch some weird dirty thing next to the trash can so that is quite disappointing) Value for money - 4/5( Mri is 8000 flat ) - It’s a good lab just entrance needs to be better and access to the lab needs to be improved. - Report time should be immediate or same day at least. - The mri headphones must be cleaned or covered for each individual.

Bizzare service and rude behaviour by the staff!! Online Service to download reports is also pathetic.

Very bad experience in this lab. At 8.40 am i m visit this lab and wating 1.30 hours for my reception number. Very slow service.

No social distancing rules are followed here. Some of the staff members are rude. Avoid getting here, instead use other diagnostic centers. Very poor management. We came here for few investigation it took us more then 4 hours for the Usg . Management should improve for this . EVEN IN SAFDARJUNG HOSPITAL THEY ARE DOING MUCH FASTER THEN HERE.
