I'll never recommend gomechanic As all we know they provide pick and drop. But the vendor they added are not good. I paid 25k and 29k on of gomechanic vendor (first point) I paid for geniune parts they installed all local part and it got damaged just in 1 months. When we complaint gomechanic they said we terminated contract with that vendor . Now we can't help you We can give you discount on labour charges. Why we choose gomechanic because we want someone as mediator who can take responsibility otherwise there is no difference in local mechanic. I'm requesting all people who use gomechanic Don't trust blindly go to your authorised service partner and tell them to inspect. This is not fake review. If anyone have doubt I can share you all bills , chats, complaint details and emails. Don't use gomechanic. They'll spoil your car in 2-3 service just because of their high commission they're taking

Might not give it a good star rating, cause my appointment was cancelled as i booked car cleaning services only. You better have a nearby car service contact rather than choosing gomechanic, they could be professionals but just overpriced, good place for amateurs as they are transparent.

My booking was for horn replacement I had one previously installed and as per the booking they had to be replaced with 2 bosch horns, but he the workshop didnt provided relays to make connection of second horn and a 20cm wire was cut into 2 to make connections and I got additionally charged Rs 50 for that, I was happy with the horn sound so ignored the additional charge. But after returning home only the single horn is working and the other one which was made with wire connections is working as per its will. The workshop is is around 10km from my place so I didnt find the work worthy for me and there is a lot of communication gap between and the person who calls you to confirm appointment and the person who gets the work done.

A friend of mine referred GoMechanic to me after trying them once earlier.I took my car for a dent/paint service, they offer very reasonable prices for everything and were very professional throughout the process. Really nice startup. Would recommend to everyone. Great job.

What an amazing service. They diagnosed car at the minimal cost and rectified my suspension as well and everything happened in front of my eyes. The best part was, their executives are so knowledgeable and professional that they guided me about each part's function that was being replaced and that too in a very layman's language. Everything is on my tips now. Go Mechanic is literally a boon.
