Pathetic and poor interaction with Branch Manager of ICICI bank, arunachal building, KG marg, Delhi. I visited ICICI bank at 3.03 pm, Monday 18 Nov 2019 for deposit some cash, I requested cashier then meet branch manager( I guess his Name-Mr. Rishabh) but they rejected my plea and informed about timing till 3.00 pm even informed again about my privilege membership (Titanium category) while I visited another branch and inquired they said timing is 3.00 Pm however they can manage for 5 to 10 minutes if there is any urgency of customer, If they can't accommodate for 5 -10 minutes then why so many categories of Privilege.
