Good place Beautiful place but crowded. Guides available to get detailed ideas about the place and history. Wheel chairs available if you are going with senior citizens as aged people be able to walk that much. It was sunny day and pleasant weather in Nov last week. In summers it's too hot to walk around.overall place is beautiful and experience is nice.

Worst banking services i hv evr experienced in my life. Staff is highly uneducated,'inprofessional n shows their rude behaviour towards the customer.They dn t even want to listen to the problems and issues properly n start arguing n giving nonsense and unprofessional answers towards your queries and after some time they start ignoring you through calls .While dealing with d staff of this bank it seems like we are in 90's and we are dealing with any govt.bank staff because now a days even govt.banks are highly professional and educated enough to take care of their customers.The behaviour and attitude of the staff of this branch truly shows that they don 't even care if we choose to close our account with them. Highly Disappointing..... Worst experience ever.......

Worst bank ever. Their customer service is zero. Facing so much difficulty since a month but no employee knows the solution neither the branch , nor agent, nor customer care. Just soo fed up . No one wants to work just keep on shifting their responsibility to one another.

The most unprofessional Bank I have ever seen. The Asst. Manager Sunil Negi would never pick my call. He would even switch it off. I have a very serious ongoing case with them. After solving the problem and sending the documents. They have not taken any actions for 20 days and they did not even answer my calls. I am so angry at how they treat customers
