As per customer care this branch having also for Personal loan but the guy in the bank denied for accepting the DD for loan closer.. Not happy with icici bank

Today's experience with icici broke 6 years of trust with the bank. I think i will close all relations with them. Reasons: -No management for retail customers -cash deposit machine doesn't work mostly -there are people with bags of cash to deposit from the machines -management gives preference to these people, maybe because they contribute more to thier business -Tried to discuss with cashier that there must be some limit for machine deposit, but they don't care -manager was not available at this time so couldn't escalated further
