Very well maintained branch. Less crowded. One can easily finish their basic processes in 10 minutes. Staff is co-operative. Seating is available. They have gud financial schemes. ATM is available just outside bank which remains open 24 hours. Easily noticeable in the traffic. No wheel chair accessible entrance. Upstairs.

Pathetic customer service. The lady branch manager is a complete imbicile. She is slow as a snail and once she said please go to a different branch to deposit the money as she had other work. I mean who the hell does that right? Then another instance when she took the money and said sir you go home it will take 10 mins. I waited the whole day after I handed her the cash and the money did not come through. I called the bank and complained against her and also wrote an email about her. I don’t know her name but i will get it next time. People like her is the reason why India is growing that slow. Fire her!
