The address is correct but location pin is incorrect on the map. Previously it's showing Sblock in Cblock. I have suggested an edit with the correct location

This review is for the Home Loan department here. I was literally mentally harassed by them - it had become one of my worst nightmares to deal with them. Pathetically unprofessional people. The people who call themselves Relationship Managers know zero about the process and their supervisors are no less. They ask for documents in nick of time even if you have been already working in advance and have everything in place to get loan smoothly. These people are liars and will just delay the process. And then they have courage to call for feedback and as you speak the truth they'd disconnect. They don't even deserve a single star. Never thought of having such a bad experience with a reputed bank. Beware of the department here!

I RAMAN sharma apply for home loan which is already offered by bank but mr man singh employee of icici bank green park not contact me from last 6 days and when I call to the mobile which is preferred by icici customer care ..he said Iam busy please do not call me .. worst bank .. worst staff .. lazy and rude employees.

The branch staff is inefficient with no empathy to help the clients. The branch manager and the team - does not want to apply their brains in managing the inflow of customers in the branch, but want every one to continue to wait for average of 1.5 hours to get simple tasks done. I have visited the branch multiple times and every time I had to return without getting the task done. Its a harassment to be in the branch. The senior management must look into why there are constant bad reviews on this branch.

If something less than 1 star is possible I would give zero. This branch is good for nothing. Government Banks are much more efficient than this ICICI Bank Branch. Homeloan applied 1 month back but no update till now.
