On the email I was told my parents could go the bank and get the loan account closed. Never thought paying your own loan would be so difficult. I'm stuck abroad and paying interest for no reason. There is no option to pay personal loan online. Horrible experience.

The lady in the reception area is really arrogant and undisciplined. She is full of attitude for nothing. She doesn't know how to talk to an old customer. Not ready to help. She told me search in the google about what I was asking about. They are customer service providers not stress providers. But I extremely hate that lady. I do not remember her name but she works at laxmi nagar branch. She doesn't deserve to work there. There's a way to say NO to the customer. But she was too blunt about everything. I will close my account with you because of her.
