Going and waiting there and switching from one desk to another is a very routine thing. Counters labeling hardly matters. You never get the right person behind the counter who can actually do your work. Before making coustomer they are like no one is better then icici but once you get trap. They never You the same. Government banks even doing better then this branch of icici . They makes you waiting every time you visit. They don’t have any fix lunch time . Today I came at 3.15 pm and they said please sit the main person is having lunch. So whenever they want you to wait it’s the lunch time simple. Feeling annoyed , if it happens every time it’s surely annoying. They gave me my statement of 6 months in one hour it is too much.They need improvement in coustomer handling.
