Entry is from Gate Number for customers employee can enter from number 6 as well. One the least crowded branches probably the reason no one is used to wear a mask. But got my DD in minutes so they are quick and not fussy.

I am a customer of above branch since last 15 years. Till 4 to 5 years back I waa proud account holder of this branch for their customer service but no more today. I visited the branch twice recently and I am appalled to see how bad, non caring and ill trained young executives they have. I had to visit branch two days and wait hours to get a DD. Where as the same DD was prepared by Corporation Bank CGO complex in 5 minutes. Hope time has come to switch over to public sector banks whose services have improved a lot. Hope ICICI Bank management will initiate suitable steps to improve customer services.
