One of the worst and unprofessional professional banks I have ever seen in my life As a current account holder in the branch I went to the branch and met the branch manager and senior executives of the bank regarding the Business loan related inquiry and they do not know the process, always giving baseless and confirmed information. Not even a branch manager in the bank but senior management, managing director, head service quality. They just acknowledge your concerns and will ask for 2-3 days but will never work on it. I have already wasted my 3 months with no single response from any one and because it is one of the worst bank with one the most dedicated unprofessional executive and management level employees and if you want to make life and time hell then this is the right place for that.

Worst icici branch ever Staff in this branch doesn’t even know how to behave with their customer Even after being a wealth management customer the way they behave is very rude They don’t even believe me that i am a wealth management customer such a kiddos staff . And they can lie with full confidence. ICICI should take action on this branch.

I tried generating my Debit card pin in ICICI Bank Taimur Nagar Branch but their service is third class because, I went the three times and all they did was fooled me and wasted my time 3 times

Hope you it had negative rating, Branch service is so pathetic!!! Employees doesn't have basic etiquette to talk with cilent they are just busy selling products. KYC updation Team & Digital Account Teams top rank in this. Plenty of option available in same area.
