Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don't pick calls after making false commitments. It's been a week since I have submitted my documents for a new account opening and after several visits to the branch I still don't have an A/C number with me. This branch is just spoiling the name of ICICI in the industry. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

Not very big branch. But all kind of banking is available used in daily business. Staff is courteous, though they very much busy in work due to over crowd. Cash deposit machine is available 24hrs here but this machine is very slow in working. Tue next available cash deposit machine is Preet Vihar. Foreign trade is also available here but forex rate are taken from. Preet Vihar branch which add-on commission on each level of banking so forex is bit expensive than Preet Vihar branch.

Very bad experience,I deposited a cheque of 636rs in drop box on dated 4th April 2020 but this cheque is not credited in my account as yet.Lot of times I contacted branch for enquiring about this but not any solution from bank side.

It is one of the worst branch of ICICI in east Delhi. Cash deposit procedure is so time consuming! They have installed tabs to generate reference number but at the same time they want all the details to be written on a slip(old school things). You can surely come here to waste your precious time.
