I had recently given my desktop pc to them, they are a complete fraud! They mold the pins on the processor area on the motherboard so I buy a new one from them which I didn't! I took the pic earlier and matched with the received image and found they molded the pins! They are not even deserving of 150 Rs service charge! Doing total fraud and damaging things which might would have been repaired! They damage as they can only replace and do fraud by saying first that they will try to repair, etc. Pathetic! Worst unprofessional behaviour and experience! They call to prove me wrong, I have all camera recordings, screenshots that things were checked with audio and I made a mistake due to work I could check the processor pin socket on the motherboard trusted Akshay who came and he telling lies now to owner or whosoever! Worst!! 0 out of 10! Highly not recommended!

Earphone port gone bad. Technician spotted the cause n resolved the issue within an hour. The best part is, it was done in cost-effective way with assurance if anything related goes wrong, they shall take care of it. Kudos to Icon Computer services n special thanks to the technician!!!
