The IGNOU south delhi regional office. You can collect your books from here, if they aren't available online. You have to wait in queue because of covid restrictions.

This is IGNOU's regional center Delhi 1. Google has exact location of it. No parking available for visitors. Saturday and Sunday are week off. 1:30 to 2 o clock is lunch hour.
