Third class service they told that bus will go till Darbhanga but they gate off us at muzaffarpur then we had to with other bus. Time waist and internal condition of bus are so poor.

Travelled with their bus from Delhi to Muzaffarpur. Pros: 1. The bus is very big, and if you're taking sleeper seats, it's comfortable as well. 2. It has charging sockets as well. 3. They cover distance in good time at night, specially on the Yamuna Expressway, and you'll hardly feel any bump along the way. 4. They had given the time of 9:30am and reached by 10:03am sharp. 5. The tea place after crossing Noida is amazing, the best on the journey. Cons: 1. Their stoppage after crossing Noida is directly at Lucknow, and it doesn't have any onboard washroom or anything, that means you might sometimes have to go straight for 6-7 hours before they stop anywhere for food or toilet. 2. The stops that they have, the one after Noida, none of them have well built washrooms or any good food is served, meaning their tie-up isn't with the best of the places. 3. The morning tea you'll not like near Kushinagar. 4. The night dinner at Lucknow is also below par. 5. Toilets at those places are dark and smelly. 6. Also, I'll suggest that you don't eat much before going onboard as they'll probably not stop anywhere midway even if you have a washroom emergency. 7. The drivers are not so friendly. 8. You might even want to dehydrate yourself to stop your urge to pee every couple of hours.

The drivers as well as conductors remain drunk and leave passengers at dhabas very often.
