They will not bother to call you before they start journey. They will leave you behind and call you after that you did not come. You will never get the seat you book and they place employees above customers. My seat was given to someone close to a employee and I was asked to sit at back seat. They will ask you to co-operate, but they will not co-operate with you. There customer service will not provide you with contact details of conductor/ driver. And they will not wait even a minute for you. I had to chase the bus in a auto and plead them to stop the bus so I can board the bus. Bus timings were 11.30 and I reached at 11.33. Book them on your own risk

I booked Laxmi Holidays for returning back from Manali to Delhi and it was a pathetic experience. Conductor was not co operative and also the guide was not behaving well. There were no curtains in the whole bus and air was passing in between the seats. Also there were no stoppage in the whole journey and when I asked for washroom they mis behaved.

nice bus srvice . cooperative staff. hand sanitizers , masks , blankets and water bottles are provided during the journey. Nice experience .

I travel in this bus on 27 September 2020 Delhi to Mahoba , Bus is very good , But bus staf and driver is very bad behaviour not dropping on current loction No temprature chake , no seniteze , No mask , No socell desting, No water boatel, Bus is late 4 hours

Pathetic service. I booked 3 seats. I wanted to cancel 1 seat but they didn't allow the partial cancellation. Bus is also very poor. Seat width is very less. No proper insulation. It was freezing cold inside the bus. If anyone opt this bus please bring quilt along with you. In simple word, laxmi holidays must be the last resort to take service from.
