History defines us We are what we are because of the past. The truth remains that understanding history can give us insight into what and how we came to be History surrounds us It's here it's there inside thick jungles among modern structures, often in plain sight to be admired , studied , understood. Accessible to those with keen eye and interest. Entry / location .. Opposite Ahimsa sthal there's a red gravel path going inside and has an Stainless steel gate visible from the main road with a blue and white DDA signboard and a guard room as soon as you enter.. just along that route u would reach the car parking area just before exploring this historic place.

The palace is good to explore apart from Qutub Minar itself. Lies behind Qutub Minar. This area is also big as compared to Qutub Minar compound. Various old monuments and tomb are there. Can go for a walk in free time with your friends and family. Area is vast and surrounded by greenery and big trees. Really has more World Heritage sites to explore than inside Qutub Minar. Attached to local Meharuli village you can wander around for hours. Best time to visit is in summer because there are greenery everywhere and when weather is according to your mood. You have to watch out for the evening visits as there are not much light facility in the area and since there is no ticket in the park anyone can enter there, and you might encounter unwanted persons there. Also you should know that there are two entrance, one you can enter by foot and from another you can bring your vehicles up to a particular point. That is also the exit. You can roam around for hours but there is only one way to exit out of the area.
