if you just want the satisfaction of getting your Order summary, Moovo is best at that. After that, no acknowledgement...you will be left wondering if Moovo saw your request, if they will or will not come..all this in the middle of packing up & related tasks. As a new-age start-up by supposedly the best of engineers of the country, much more is expected from Moovo, much more. Hope you are able to make amends soon & succeed in your venture.

Extremely unreliable and unprofessional. The truck never came. They also didn't pick up the phone. At the last moment I had to get a local truck which costed twice the price.
