they are fraudster. make fake report and make money and risk a life. don't trust, or for my advice don't take your animal to private vets. pathvets cheater.

Very poor customer service. All the staff are very pathetic and frustrating. Once the sample is received no one is there to help you regarding any information. When contacted on phone they will ask you to reply after check-in but they will never reply. Improper cold chain is maintained while transportation. Very poor logistics
