My Innova fitted with Phoenix Tracker stopped running in April and due to lockdown no Toyota service center was open . I had an intuition that the Phonenix tracker might be causing the issue . On calling there customer service number they told me issue is not there from our end . I could not use the car in lockdown . Once service centers opened in June then i sent the car . Technician removed Phoenix tracker and car started running fine ! When i contacted Phoenix customer care they made me speak to manager who asked me why you did not register complaint with us . I told him i gave all information to his executive regarding the issue .. i have whatsapp proof also of the same .. he denied and said you should have registered complaint . Now they want to charge me for re-installation :) Its the worst product service mix i have seen
