Ruined my sofa covers and curtains, which faded and started to look old after dry cleaning. I had given specific instructions that fabrics should not be washed, which were noted on my bill. However Pressto maintains no record of what they actually did with various items in once they reach their workshop in Saket. I was more shocked about this.... even if they had to re-assure me that they followed by instructions, on what basis would they do this if they have no records? Highly over-priced considering that the service they provide is no better (and perhaps worse) than local unbranded dry cleaners.
