Sharing my complete experience - everything worked very well for 3-4 months and then my car started facing ignition off issue, i reached them and they said everything is fine and in between whole corona period came. I again reached them and they said CNG kit is getting too cooled and do some water fitting but issue continued. On next visit they told me that get throttle body of my car cleaned. I followed them and get it cleaned but issue still exists. On final visit they again complained about throttle body and denied to issue with cng kit..... Changing to a different cng dealer for resolution.
