This is a multi brand service provider should have ResQ AMC money saving plans and just don't worry for repairs after that,, Good service

The worst service center I've ever seen. Please try to understand it's not an official service center but just a medium they resort to, to get their (Reliance) work done. The owners never pick your call and I guess they never will. They only know how to exploit their employees and sabotage the reputation of Reliance. Trust me they don't have a bit of concern for us (consumers). Often they just represent our issues/problems appear worse than it actually is, that way they can milk the Reliance more. There is no Air Conditioning in the reception so think about that before entering. Your device won't ever return within a week. No chance!! The environment is negative as hell. Not a single employee seem to be enjoying their job. Some might be working on 6k or even low as 3k per month, so consider that when you ask them for extra services. All in all it's not worth your money and time. Please look elsewhere!!

Worst service i ever seen , to get my phone back made more than 50 calls to reliance as service centre staff and owner never picks the phone. Phone was sent to brand OPPO and was reapired in 3 days but service centre not made the payment to OPPO service centre for more than 30 days and delayed the delivery to me. Never buy reliance RESQ Service Care Pack to extend the warranty or your money will gone waste.

Bad staff behaviour and 1 month is going on i gave laptop for repair. Now my family forgot that we have a laptop... they replace genuine parts with duplicate. Please don't take any risk for 4000 5000 rupees. You Will got that in more bad condition like if 1 year old then that look and work like 4-5 year old.
