Fraud services India, by mistake I called these guys and they confirmed that they are from Whirlpool and I have call recorded with the caller discussion that lady said yes we are from whirlpool and we will send the person for repair. Now please get ready for some surprise gifts from Whirlpool as I am going to share the call recording where your caller service team is saying yes we are from whirlpool, you guys are using the brand name for your own business and Whirlpool customer care confirms that they do not have any connection with you.. Hope they (Whirlpool) will fix you guys soon.

Highly Unprofessional service person & company coordinator. That have charged 1000 rupees for nothing. Fridge has cooling problem I told them over call, Still they came without proper machine. After coming they were tried to make me fool that we have refill ac gas. Now after 3 4 days same problem persists. No bill was given, I asked for bill they said we don't provide bill in normal service. After all this I called customer care they are not answering properly & saying we are arranging call with their senior, We can not do anything you have to wait.
This is a Fraud Company, they have no authorisation, beware and careful, they are running a racquet of cheating and fradulent activities.
