I ordered and paid for a set of mirrors and key blanks to go to Australia. I received a receipt as normal. One week later I received an email requesting additional payment of GBP 20 to have the items posted I replied saying either send the goods as paid or provide a refund. Despite a follow-up email from me 3 weeks later I have had no response at all from them. I would avoid Royal Spares at all costs. I note that 2 of the 5 star reviews are from the business itself: customer service 24x7 and auto spares 24x7.

They charge exorbitant prices 3-4x the normal price and have a very unprofessional service. Wont ever recommend them.

Stay away from this merchant. I've ordered 2 separate items, never got any of them...even after a 2 month wait period. Not answering emails. Gladly I got my money back via PayPal dispute.
