I got the battery of Moto G5 replaced from here. The work was done. No job sheet or receipt was provided (my mistake that I trusted them to be genuine). The battery started giving miserable backup within a month. In the absence of any receipt, they flatly refused that battery was replaced by them! Would never re-visit.

The first thing is I did know Asus was not good in providing after-sales support. However, due to the low budget, I am bound to buy the cheapest i5–6th gen R558u two years back. Although I purchase it from the Authorized Asus partner here in my city. I am glad to have made a good choice. After using the laptop for 8 months. One day the Laptop did not turn on and I have to find the other way around to inform the customer care of the issue. They asked me if I want an onsite or offsite service. I choose the first one and after sharing the address, the service guy came to my house in less than 10 days and repaired it well. Again, after 1 year my keyboard stopped working. Tried different things like installing the OS but it seems the hardware has got the fault. Again filled a replacement for the product, in a similar manner complaint launched for onsite warranty and this time both my laptop hinge & Keyboard got replaced with a new one. **My verdict** I am more than happy with the Laptop as well as the support. No matter if it's a 3rd party or owned by Asus. The service guys did have knowledge about Laptop parts replacement and it seems they’re doing the
