Nice, older hotel in Delhi. Quite international in style, lacks typical Indian style elements. Very nice, well kept and renovated rooms. Nice large pool area. The entire service staff is extremely friendly, the cuisine in the hotel unfortunately not so good by Indian standards (could be due to the pandemic though). Overall, however, a nice place.

Room seems old n need renovation..carpet need to be changed its downgrading the status of Sheraton. Nicely located..got backdoor access to DLF n Select CityWalk mall. Nice workstation but TV looks outdated n small.

Loved the room. The rooms are sanitized daily, and surfaces are cleaned regularly. Great place in Covid times.

The best 5 star hotel in saket ,south delhi . Staffs are very polite and cooperative. Ambience is awesome . Amenities and services are exceptionally good. Over all a very nice hotel to stay.

Hi there, I just had the most amazing pedicure ever at the Sheraton New Delhi. The therapists Ravi is an expert and gives an outstanding foot massage as well. I feel like in heaven after this treatment.

Nice hotel. Good food. The staff at this hotel strive to offer all guests a friendly and professional service. You will be delighted to be in the hands of these well trained staff members. You can always rely on them to go out of their way to make your stay all the more pleasant. The housekeeping staff are always thorough in their work. This assures you that your room will be kept at a high level of cleanliness throughout your stay, adding comfort to your time away from home.

Staff and service was great, property has a quirky look and character to it. It was a good experience with very able hands in kitchen. Would recommend it to solo and couple travelers. I would not recommend it to be kids friendly as it has a lot of stairs and corners. But definitely a fun place to stay for singles and couples. Great budget hotel..

Staff is courteous. Everyone is smiling and have a good attitude. Very helpful staff and they are here to answer all your questions. Rooms are tidy. Beds are comfy. Breakfast is very good with choice of South Indian, continental and choice of freshly made eggs etc. we had mid afternoon snack at the restaurant and enjoyed the Bombay Style sandwich. Good at the restaurant is awesome. Overall very good experience.
