I had a very bad experience. They are unprofessional & do not keep transparency. My mother got covid and apart from other tests, I got her X-ray done from there. They didn't give me X-Ray report on the same day and said it takes 2-3 days time. Later I came to know that their doctor was not available that's why they gave me this weird timeline. In Covid situation Time is the key factor for senior citizens. And they were so careless and greedy that they didn't inform on prior basis about their doctor. Also, they were not ready to give reports via digital medium. They are very unprofessional people.

Such Unprofessionals Home visit guys doesn’t turn up for sample After calling they are are like we do not know by when the guy will arrive They also ask customer to take the number and directly follow up

every time i visit sigma diagnostic i am impressed by their professionalism and the upkeep of their laboratory. in addition their charges are reasonable as compared to others ! keep it up ! i also had the chance to interact with the owner, a pathologist and his wife a dentist and they were very courteous and friendly !

Not recommended. They'll always make false promises to fulfill your important deadlines and then will forget about it. They think you are entitled to call them 100 times to get your work done. People who provide free service behave better than them. Better go somewhere else. Least amount of professionalism.

My mother recently went for urine routine test and the test results showed massive deviation from the normal/ideal values. While she felt okay, doctor was perplexed so thats when we started doubting results and when to another diagnostic centre for examination...my whole family was worried for my mother's health for the week...when we got results from the other lab was in normal range..if the deviation was small, i would not have posted anything .but her deviation was massive 20 values..the centre offers discounts but inaccurate results are worthless..you aint dealing with customers but patients, and its not business but health that matters. DON'T EVER GO TO SIGMA if you want to avoid wrong diagnosis or treatments based on this lab's results...accuracy is all that matters in health diagnosis and that is where they are taking it lightly
