Literally the most unprofessional dealership and service centre I've ever visited. Purchased and got my Kia Seltos serviced here. Not only was the car buying experience a horrible one with representatives lying straight to your face but even the service experience is one of the worst. They returned the car dirtier than how I gave it to them post service, sprayed the car with water but didn't bother to wipe it and therefore the entire car had water marks on it. They'll make you wait for over an hour to give the car for service even after booking an appointment and confirming with them. They don't care at all about what you tell them about the service since they're not going to do anything you tell them to. I've attached photos of how my car looked after service vs before service (Note that the photo which has marks and isn't clean is the photo taken after service)

Not very happy with the services provided by Sparsh Kia. 1. Purchased a Kia Sonet from the showroom and did not get all the accessories even after paying in advance. The kept on lingering the accessories for 2 months and eventually had to get them fitted in the local market. I asked for refund of the amount (paid for accessories) and the process took 15 days with regular followups. 2. For a petrol variant they put a orange HSRP sticker (which represents diesel car). Even after regular requests and followups till date haven't received any positive response on this and how they will help to get this changed.

The adviser Mr Mohan Das and Mr Yogender Kumar are very efficient in their jobs and I recommend that the cars in their hand will get excellent services.
