Until Wednesday, I had only read about Abyangham. But then, one of my friends recommended to give it a try. I went to Sri Vaidya clinic in Dwaka Sector 13. Trust me, all the work-related strain on my body vanished. The therapists were nice, too!

Carried out kati Basti, Patra pind potli sweda Abhyana and Matra basti at the clinic. The 21 day treatment was effective and i found Approx 60-70% relief after the treatment... Recommended for people suffering form Slip Disc or any other such problems.

Objective not met but then my faith is still intact I underwent panchkarma treatment at this place to address my triglycerides issue. The results weren't upto my expectations but I can definitely say that people are well experienced and those performing therapies are well skilled and trained. After 1.5 months of treatment, I have moved on to allopathy as the triglycerides didn't show much improvement. I was feeling vulnerable but then Sri Vaidya accepted the fact that the treatment didn't meet the intended objective and agreed to help me by refunding some portion of the fee and also gave some free therapy sessions in these times of pandemic (appreciate). The fact that my triglycerides were in red zone and required immediate help, I have chosen to switch to allopathy treatment and its now under control. In long run, I am fully aware of the impact that allopathy brings and therefore sometime later I might again come back to Sri Vaidya for the following reasons 1. People there are genuine and down to earth 2. Staff is courteous and skilled 3. Most importantly, body rejuvenates and feels totally charged 4. I managed to loose few more kilos which I was struggling despite long runs and daily workouts 5. I believe in Ayurveda and I am sure if sufficient time is devoted, the problem could be eliminated permanently. If you are planning to visit, keep in mind its costly treatment and time consuming. In my case I could manage to pay but didn't have time to wait until results. Conclusion: My primary objective not met but happy with ethics that these guys hold and secondary benefits that I got (relaxation, weight loss etc.)

I loved that steady stream of warm ayurvedic oil falling on my forehead into my hair for over 30 minutes in a dimly-lit room at Sri Vaidya. They call it Shirodhara. It felt like an appetizing starter to some great meal. I wish I had time to take more therapies.
