They delay the report as per convinience of the referring hospital. They make unnecessary delay to profit the hospitals. No concern with humanity. Don't go there for testing

Customer care is extremely rude. I feel they should appoint soft spoken people unlike the customer care executive I spoke with - Mr. Vijay , as they have to deal with patients. They should show patience while dealing with enquiries.

Dr .Anshu Goel form ultrasound department She’s being rude as if she has been forced to sit there. Talking to all of her patients so rudely which affects the diagnosis as well.
