I have been going to this service center for quite some time now and it is the best in west Delhi as I've tried many service centers for my Pulsar 200ns. Mr. Arif is of the main contact person with Mr Shukla who is the head mechanic. Both of them listen to your problems and resolves them backed with good knowledge of what they're doing. Mr Rakesh serviced my bike this time and he did a very good job too. I deduct one star because of a unmaintained waiting area and an unusable toilet. But the place was under renovation when I visited so they're probably improving these too so let's hope its better in future. Advise everyone to visit on weekdays or early morning on weekends to get done quickly. Though I reached at 9:30am on Saturday, I left at 12:45pm which is a very long time so keep some time on hands when visiting here.

WORST PRODUCT... PURCHASED IN SEP. 2020 END STARTING PROBLEM START AFTER 1500 RUNNING CHECKED WITH SERVICE CENTER AGAIN PROBLEM START AFTER APPROX 3000 RUNNING THROTLE CHANGED WORKING OK BUT AFTER 4500 AGAIN STARTING PROBLEM.. ALSO FOUND LEAKAGE OF OIL IN ENGINE SIDE... WORST PRODUCT... NOT SUGGEST TO PURCHASE... GO FOR A CYCLE INSTEAD OF BAJAJ PRODUCT....

Service advisors are not trust worthy at all. Customers need to take care of the work if done properly or not. Quality of service is good from service technician end. Otherwise all the member like service advisors & the billing person are very slow. All of them literally work like tortoise. Customer will not find any quality of work around until unless they are taking care of the repair/service on their own. I really wish if bajaj can take it up & change the few thing about there service centres, so that customer could get certain amount of satisfaction. All customers need to cross verify the actual work done & the estimate written on the job sheet for the same as i ve found number of errors during the time of final billing.

Though the mechanic's are trained but the service is very slow & charge you huge amounts as some of the basic problems with bajaj high end motorcycles are engine oil leakage which requires whole gasket to be changed & they end up charging you 2k labour cost

Reached at 9:30 am in the morning and got my bike within next 1.5 hours. Staff is polite and cooperative. Very satisfying experience overall.
