They are highly un professional they wanted almost 1 month trying to sell the machine without testing and kept saying it's a good machine but despite samples never gave testing . And finally after a month when pushed hard they returned the samples. Don't get trapped for these chalu sellers .

Worst after sales service. VD Intellisys is just like importer only. We preffered VD Intellisys over direct import of machine so that we can get after sales service. But no service engineer pick up calls and marketing executive Mr. Virender just refused that they cannot provide service date. And after following up since more than 3 weeks, today got response that either wait (till unknown date) or else get service done from some other company. I don't know what is the use of VD Intellisys if we cannot get after sales service of charm high mounting machines on time. Suggestions to VD Customers who are reading my rewiew - prefer to import machines directly you can save alot of amount or select other company. Don't expect after sales service from VD Intellisys service team.

WORST CLASS OF TALKS TAKE ORDER BUT TIME OF DELIVERY IS AT EVERY WEEK TUESDAY WHICH IS NOT DELIVER TILL TODAY.
