If no star would be an option then would have given that to them such pathetic customer support and services

If there is option of minus 5 star, i may have given that to Wheelstreet. The worst ever service provider, I have ever dealt with in my life. Guys don't book bike through them, they are not going to support in any ways after you make the payment.

cheats and frauds Have to file a legal case now I gave them security deposit for keeping the bike for a day, and they said the bike is damaged (without any accident!!) And forfeited the deposit

I had a horrible experience with wheelstreet, I recommend people to not go for it better go for some other services. They blamed us for the dysfunction of some mechanical part of bike which was already damaged and we were naive that we haven't checked the bike thoroughly during handover because we were in hurry. They had our IDs and were not returning it until we pay a hefty money for the damage which we didn't commit.

Good app for booking bikes. The condition of the bikes is also good and timely pick up and drop off is done.

Not that much satisfied with the bikes. Bikes were not of good condition. Anybody planning to rent bike from Wheelstreet, please check thoroughly before picking a bike

Worst ever experience of wheelstreet

Pathetic experience. Wheelstreet is a professional when it comes to cheating their customers. We booked 2 bikes for a week and ended up paying 10k extra dues to a glitch in their software. Neither the wheelstreet guys nor their partner bike provider helped, they just kept redirecting the issue to one another and wasted 3-4 hrs. At last the wheelstreet guys stopped answering our calls. Everyone please be aware of such malpractices.
