This is a company to avoid. They will not deliver your purchased items on time. They will not communicate to you that there is a delay. They will not return phone calls. Until you inform them that you wish to cancel your late and undelivered order. At which point they will not reply to your emails, but will harassingly keep calling to tell you that your order miraculously is ready much sooner than the delay was supposed to be. But they will not refund your massively late and cancelled order. In fact, they will not even acknowledge that you made that request. This is a very poor establishment. When i first walked in, they wanted all my insurance info before even seeing if they carried any frames I was interested in. They eventually relented and allowed me to look. I should have honestly just walked out then. I implore any Manchester residents to find another optician other than New England Eyecare. They are not customer focused in the least. And since they have not refunded my money, I have had to dispute the transaction with my bank. Which I had informed them prior to doing, and after. And instead of doing the right thing and issuing my refund, they still won't. This Sturgis family is either completely oblivious to good customer service, or fully complicit in treating paying customers like they're worthless. Just stay away.

I love walking into this practice, its always well organized, and nicely decorated! Every time I walk in I get treated with the most respect, the staff and doctors are amazing! I have been going to this practice for 10 years and never had an issue.
I have been going to this practice for a few years and had been very pleased. However, the service now is terrible. I ordered glasses and contacts. I have had to call numerous times to get the status on my contacts. This office does not believe in customer service. When I call, no one knows anything. They tell me they have to call the manufacturer for an update. Then I have to call again to get the information. Then when I don't hear from the office on the date I had been told my contacts would be ready, I have to call the office again. Then they tell me the contacts are on back order and it will take another month. By the way, my eye appt was in September, and my contacts won't be ready till the middle of November. I understand that the office has no control over the manufacturer's delay, but they definitely have control over their customer service. The staff is rude, dismissive, and annoyed when you call. After spending over 1000, I expect to be informed of the status of my order and any delays. They should reach out to the customer, instead of expecting the customer to reach out to them. That is how it used to be. I will never use their services again. It's time for me to find a new doctor.
Had my first appointment last week, the receptionist Courtney was very pleasant and so helpful! I had a great experience!
This place is awesome, very professional and I received my glasses in a timely manner! Courtney was very sweet and helpful!
