I approached Best Use Realty as I thought that they would have the best knowledge and ability to sell my mum's house as a development potential property. I did approach other agents to sell it as a house. Brad from Best Use Realty helped me understand the development potential of the property and the demand for such properties. The result was fantastic. He quickly sold the house for 35000 more than the best offer I had received from another agent and 75000 more than I was hoping for. I found Brad very enthusiastic and committed to getting the best price for my property. I found the experience very rewarding and I would recommend Brad to other sellers who may have a development potential property.

A big thanks to Brad and the team at Best Use. A life-changing situation arose late 2017 which had me in two minds whether or not to sell my property towards the end of 2018. After some underwhelming prices achieved doing some research and an equally low property price from a local client, I thought I may have to stay a little longer. Over the last couple of years, I have had some mail drops from Best Use offering an appraisal and possibly a better price than elsewhere. I thought, "I've got nothing to lose" so I sent an email outlining my situation. A prompt call back followed by Brad paying me a visit, changed everything. I just sold a property through Brad Walker of Best Use Real Estate. It was a pleasure to deal with them. They initially prepared a comprehensive evaluation of the property. They gave an initial estimated range of sale price which was comparable with other agents we contacted. This was followed with a marketing plan which include target buyers. We received regular updates from Brad on progress every few days and achieved a sale price near the top of the estimated range and within a very acceptable time frame. All in all a very smooth and pleasant experience.

Possibly one of the worst companies to deal with. Wouldn't recommend selling or buying through them. Agents are hard to get a hold of, misrepresent information and don't acknowledge your interest in a property. From a buyers perspective, you don't deserve a cent of commission. Learn who your customers are!
