This place has real home comfort vibes. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, lovely balcony to sit on in the afternoon, a short walk from shops and the park and river, very clean. Some of the nicest linen I've slept on in a hotel. The breakfast included in the price is nice and simple and caters for gluten free options. I would definitely stay here again. It's truly beautiful.

Included breakfast was very good. Entire lodge was decorated to a high, chic standard and was very inviting and comfortable. Bed and bedding was very soft and luxurious. Beautiful surrounding area and a short drive to The Valley and other great locations.
Our stay at Edward lodge was amazing. It was Well above expectations ( and I have high expectation) Lovely host, Beautiful Decor, Breakfast was great. Rooms were spotless clean. So nice and quiet, enjoyed my stay.
This accommodation is exceptional. It is perfectly located in New Farm. The rooms are beautifully furnished and the linen is outstanding. It is indeed quiet and peaceful. This is my second stay and will indeed be my choice of Brisbane accommodation.
A lovely b and b great room and in walking distance to Powerhouse. Felt daft walking back from show. Would highly recommend staying at Edward Lodge. Friendly and professional. Can't rate higher.
Stayed 2 nights over a sunny weekend and very happy. Recommend for any couple or anyone like a taste of Brisbane boutique accomodation at a fair price in a very ideal residential area. nice continental breakfast in a beautiful little dining area with well looked after garden. Close to park, ferry, lovely cafes, riverside walks. I am a morning person looking for a good morning walk and good coffee. Also a tourist to the city.

Lovely lodge but be careful with the complimentary breakfast they offered. I got a letter when I checked in stating the wifi password and the time for complimentary breakfast. We stayed for 3 nights and no one told us that we were not supposed to have the breakfast. The owner said we ate out his kitchen(excessively) after we checked out. The attached photos shown what I ate on that three consecutive morning. Maybe I am actually not supposed to understand the English on the letter.
