That post-facial glow! Everything about this facial was amazing and felt luxurious. Tania was very professional and walked through each step informatively. My skin was glowing for the rest of the day. LED works wonders on acne too. Can’t wait for the next one!

Vanessa was absolutely wonderful. I couldn't have been in safer hands. She was encouraging and supportive, while still being respectful of my poor habits and lifestyle (sunscreen, what sunscreen?!). Today was not only my 1st visit to EB New Farm, but also my 1st microdermabrasion facial. I was welcomed into the salon by 2 smiling faces, 1 being Sinead, my therapist. Sinead was adept at explaining each of the steps that would be taken, putting me at ease. I found her thoroughness to determine what I saw as my problem skin areas, & my expectations, was very professional. Upon completion I was feeling super relaxed, extremely pampered, as well as happy with the visual appearance of my skin. PS-I had taken advantage of a promotion, but can confirm that I was pleasantly surprised, no short-cuts were taken...it was a full-service treatment. Keep up the great work, team!

A friend of mine had an appointment in the Newfarm clinic TODAY (06/03/2021) and she was bodyshamed by a staff member. She was advised to not trim her hair prior to the waxing appointment and yet, she was treated awfully by the staff member. She was blamed for having a few stray hairs left all because they told her to not trim beforehand. My friend left feeling gross about her body and overall, the service is not worth going to.
