I signed a lease agreement for a property based in New Farm and my property manager was Katie Grissell. As the owner is moving back in, I have just finished my 12 months lease. My experience from start to finish with Katie was quite honestly the best I have experienced. After recently returning home to Brisbane from Sydney, Katie assisted with everything from arranging the lease start remotely and now on lease end, a prompt review and bond return. I only had a few maintenance issues while living there and again, Katie was always extremely prompt and efficient in communicating with me, I was never left trying to get in touch or waiting long for an update. If I ever have an investment property in Katie’s catchment area I know who I’ll be going to for property management! Thank-you Katie and McGrath!

Kayla Johnson picked up my rental application due to a previous property manager leaving. The property was not in her area, but she was able to tidy everything up in less than 10 minutes and ease my mind on the application. She operated with care, initiative and communicated everything clearly. Kayla is excellent and I hope I get to deal with her more in the future.

She is responsive and has dealt with any issues in a timely fashion. She goes above and beyond for the owner - arranging anything that needs to be done.
