This is one of the best bike shops in Brisbane. We have bought all our bikes from here. Tina goes out of her way to help our family with choosing the right bikes for us. Tina is really good with our son who has a adhd and autism in helping him pick out his bike and helping him. We just moved back from living in the country and the the 1st bike shop we went to was New farm bikes to get his next one. Tina told us she is closing up at the end of the month she will be missed by our family. Thank you Tina a for all your help over the years.

The staff here are passionate and just keen to help out with your bike needs! Have been back multiple times for a service and repairs of my old bike and she always works like a charm for a super affordable price.
Tina is rude and abrupt to her customers. The bikes here are over priced as well as all the products and repairs. Do yourself a favour and don't come here! There are better bike stores around. Deserves 1 star because the rest of the staff are nice.
Bought my bike from this store, it’s super light and works amazingly, friendliest staff they were very easy to talk to and helpful. I also got a really cute helmet!
When it came to choosing my Lekker Sportief, Antonio at New Farm Bikes was helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions, gave friendly advice and it was no trouble at all to go for a couple of test-rides. I am very happy with my bike, so comfortable, lightweight and rides like a dream.
Don't have 27.5 " Bike tubes. Pretty stock item?
Really love the personable service, the ‘can do’ attitude, and the clear explanations of options for repairs and service. I ‘accidentally’ bought a Lekker bike after popping to get a tyre fixed. Not a huge range of brands as they stick to what’s reliable - so buying a bike was easy! The Lekker kids bikes are cute too!
I took my bike into New Farm Bikes to have a service after it spent a year in storage. The guys looked it over and tested it. They advised me that it's already in great working order and that a service would be a waste of my money. Even though they could have undertaken a service for the sake of it they were honest enough to tell me that it wasn't necessary and it would just be a waste of money. I'm not technically a customer but I appreciate the honesty and I'll definitely be taking my bike there when it actually does need something fixed.
