Well maintained park. Even on a sun y sunday there were a lot of space spaces to set up for a picnic. Has shaded areas and a beautiful view of the river

This park is a wonderful place to relax, exercise, take photos, have lunch etc. Quite nice any time of the day, week or year. Can get particularly busy on the weekends. Some nice cafes nearby. Plenty of parking. Particularly beautiful in Spring and Jacaranda season.
It surely is a park. Some really great trees live here, and the spaces in the shade are greatly appreciated. Grills, decent bathrooms, and the best dogs. The one way road around is it's only downfall, if you're driving.
Always so lovely and peaceful. Set-up under a shady tree and enjoy tranquility close to the bustling city
The Park being by the river, in itself is a great for picnic, play and chilling out after a busy day. Just besides it is Brisbane Power house which has great events with the best view. It has a cafe too. Looks awesome in moonlight. Great place for young old and enthusiastic.
Always love this park! Spring time is the best especially when the jacarandas are painting the park purple and pink, and the roses blooming beautifully! Dog friendly, family friendly and picnic perfect park! Easy parking, easy access to public toilets, the Brisbane Powerhouse is right next door and lots of cafes and restaurants around as well.
Spring is such a nice time to visit the gardens around Brisbane. New Farm Park has the most incredible flowers in the gardens. The variety and colours are wide and the sights and smells amazing. Great place to relax and enjoy the amazing weather.
Lovely spacious park with access to the Brisbane river. There is large oval, half court basketball, play area for kids, electric barbecue stations, public library commercial tennis courts, and public toilets. You can enjoy this place more during the Jacaranda season!
