Came for the Signature High Tea. Although the food was good, the service left a little to be desired. The Tea was the last item to arrive at the table almost as the food was finished. Trying to get a second round of drinks also proved to be difficult.

A stunning staycay in a beautiful spot! Cannot fault anything about this hotel. It’s pure luxury and for a great price, the staff are lovely, the suites are on point and you don’t even feel like you’re in the hustle or bustle of Brisbane! Definitely recommend staying here and enjoying this slice of luxury! And the restaurant on site is ahhhhmazzing!

We booked late just before Christmas and were after a pet friendly room. We were welcomed by friendly staff and we loved the beautifully appointed suite. Premium furnishings and a very comfortable bed made for a relaxed enjoyable stay. The location itself is great, we enjoyed walks into the city via HSW and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby; not too mention the exceptional Vietnamese menu offered by the Balfour kitchen and bar onsite. You definitely get what you pay for here, stunning memorable accommodation, friendly attentive service all in a great location. Highly recommended!
We went for Christmas in July as our first outings and the food and service were impeccable.
Lovely stay. Dinner on the veranda, then walk up to cliff top to see laser light show. Queen room, comfy bed. A little noise from late night diners, but other than that lovely quiet night. Staff attentive. Would stay and dine again.
Attened for an event in there second building. While it is technically accessible for people with a disability, staff may need a little training to understand how to make that a reality. There are always limitations in an older building, but staff don't need to add to them. Had lunch in the restaurant 2 days in a row. 5 stars for food. It was catered so we just had a variety of dishes on the table. All were delicious. Not sure what the normal menu is like, but I'll be back to try it.
