One of the best and freshest bakery shop in New Farm. Try the brownie, chocolate croissant and lamington! Simply the best, especially the chocolate croissant. I love how flaky and soft the bread and the chocolate is an additional surprise.

overall my experience at the bakeologists has been pleasant, though i do feel some of the pie varieties have been a bit of a let down on occasion, different bakers perhaps? I get the vibe that the name tells you its more of a bakery, but it can feel a little cafe like going off their menu seemingly prioritising sandwiches and rolls instead of really highlighting the baked goods more. but that said, the service is friendly, sandwiches fresh and price is fair. would return, but would like to see more emphasis placed on the pies/sausage rolls to really fit the name.

Well I'm not sure we're you would start. I like many have not heard of a bakeologist, On saying that, and I only have the name of the business to go by, there should a law that states you must be a bakeologist to own a bakery, this really is the holy grail of all things baked, it's only minor problem it appears that everyone in Newfarm are also aware of this place of worship for all things baked, so you may have to wait a little bit.

The name says it all! They truly are bakeologists. Their sandwiches and rolls are filled with a variety of complementary and exciting tastes. I can never decide which one to have. Today I tried the New Yorker and it was delicious.
