We rented with TFPM for a number of years. They were always prompt and professional in their dealings. It is a terrific experience to have property managers who always make you feel welcome and taken care of! We would still be with them if we didn’t have to move out of the area. Highly recommended from a tenant’s perspective, and therefore for any landlords who are considering using their services too. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
We are with Theresa Fitzgerald Property Management nearly for 4 years now and never had any issues. We have an open communication and all issues are addressed as quickly as possible. We had a few different contacts for the maintenance department with Oscar for the longest period and one of our favourites. Such a shame that he left but we feel very comfortable with Dana as she keeps us in the loop who she contacted to repair things and always gives us an update where things are at. She is following up with the suppliers immediately if we haven't heard from them for a while. If we have to move ever again we are hoping the new rental will be managed by Theresa Fitzgerald Property Management too. Thanks for all your effort.
