I come in regularly and look for good value reds under 20. The young guy named Alex has put me onto the Xanadu Exmoor reds which are the best wines I’ve found under 20. I would’ve never tried it, as I’ve never heard about them. But his knowledge seemed good, and he wasn’t scared to be a little cheeky. I’ll be coming back for those reds, and more advice when I want something special.

great selection of spirits and beers. reasonable pricing. always feel uncomfortable going in though, one particular employee always follows you around the store/watches you every time you are looking at products. can’t seem to look for beers without being bothered or made to feel like i’ve done something wrong. is very passive aggressive when asking for ID also. might need to have to chat to her

Absolutely appalled with the one particular staff member that refused to served me tonight! She would not accept my NSW service app that holds your ID on it, even though I have used it in there many many times! She was rude and refused to call her manger to check! Then she refused sale to my partner who had his physical ID on hand! She could clearly see on my ID on the app that I’ve just had my 25th birthday!!! And my partner is 30!! Just disgusted! I hope the management gets all their staff up to date with “new” licenses!!!

Stopped into this Vintage Cellars store before Christmas, not being local to the area, this was the first time I have been into the store and I was most impressed. The store was well presented, everything easy to find, there was a great selection including some unique Christmas gift ideas....and well priced which is always appreciated! The gentleman on working in the store was very knowledgeable and was able to assist me with my selection.
