This is a review for the 45 lobster dinner. Let me just say it’s a disappointment. The setup looks worse than an old school cafeteria, very unprofessional Self-Serve coffee or orange pekoe tea or ice water. 2 buns with butter. Buns are hard and cold. We asked to have the buns heat up. The server told us they have no microwave oven or ovens. Can’t do. The frozen mixed vegetables were boiled at least an hour before serving. Cold and hard. I guess part of it is not quite properly defrosted. Potato salad - horrible. Tasteless. Clam chowder - average. Very small cup. 12 steamed mussels - no sauce. No lemon. Some are shells only. Ok fresh. Lobster - it’s about a pound and a quarter. Very fresh. Served with lemon juice and butter sauce. A bit over cooked Vanilla ice cream with one strawberry - tasty.

Stayed in the main building for one night before a long trip home. The rooms were clean and spacious and very quiet. The indoor pool was a little disappointing - not the freshest scent fron the pool water. Price was OK for the location.
Wonderful location with a rear door opening right into the beautiful green surrounding gives a fresh feeling.
1. Not cleaning. The sheet and bed cover are dirty, especially the bed covered with different types of hairs, white, black, short and long. There are three blood spots on the bed sheet. The worker really change new sheets and pillowcase everyday? Be careful, check the bed stuff before you lie in bed. 2. Water problem. Be careful when you wash your face or take shower, the water will becomes very small or cold or hot. i do not understand why there is a water pressure problem since only it is a one-floor motel. 3. Leftover Breakfast the egg and fried potatoes are leftover. Bad taste. Try another hotel, I don’t recommend this one.
Overall very underwhelming. 170 for a night and I am not sure why. It wasn't worth it. First appearance, the grounds were not maintained at all. Long grass and weeds did not give the resort the idyllic feel it could have had. It was very strange walking up 3 flights of stairs with all of our luggage. It is not a recommended hotel for those needing proper accessibility. Our room looked like it was thrown together that day. The room had a TV and cable box, both of which were not plugged it. There was no cable to connect to the TV at all. We went to go watch something before bed but were not able to, even though we paid for a room with a TV. Don't expect to get a sound sleep here. It's noisy and you can hear every footstep and conversation above and beside you. Our morning showers came with no water pressure. The staff said that can happen when everyone in the building showers at the same time... But at any other hotel with double the amount of occupants, there's never that issue. We love the east coast and have stayed at a ton of hotels and inns, but this place was probably the worst to date. Save yourself the 150 tax. There are plenty of other nice resorts on the same road that are better and worth the money.
It was nice it had a pool also which was good
We just spent the weekend here and we were so pleased with it. We had one of the cottages and it was so clean and had everything that we needed. We found the staff so helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend it to anyone and will certainly go back.
Beautiful secluded hotel, the rooms was spacious and very clean, A/C was nice and cold, T.V. had an abundance of channels and gentlemen at the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. Everything I could ask for, Highly recommended!
