Literally the worst branch in Nova Scotia. Having to deal with them finally inspired me to switch to East coast credit union. Their staff is so lock step into following flawed corporate directives or local directives that they cannot accomplish the most basic of banking tasks. I needed a bank card replaced and despite knowing the pin to an associated visa card on the account. Having 2 forms of government ID and the ability to recant any activity on the associated account they still were unable to issue a bank card because I might be attempting fraud. Yet they still took my visa and accepted a cash payment and then handed it back dispite my identity being in supposed doubt. This isnt my only example of their incompetence but it's the most recent. For the sake of your sanity please do yourself a favor and move your accounts elsewhere.

Terrible service, they won't do anything for you you have to fight with them to get a check cashed. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The rules there are absolutely rediclious. You just lost this customer.
Great bank. More parking than most banks in New Glasgow. Quite handy
Poor customer service in bank and on phone and rediculous rules to depositing cheques at teller!
