Splendid little slice of heaven!! I was introduced to Cakr Maker by an old friend. The staff here are incredibly nice and friendly. The pastries are truly scrumptious, especially the croissants. It's one of those little bakeries that you want people to know about, but also want to keep the secret to yourself. Ha. Definitely a must visit when in, or passing by, New Hamburg.
Amazing selection of baked good, bread and treats. Excellent quality, customer service and friendly. This is such a hidden gem. If you haven't already been out to see them, please go. Support local businesses. I highly recommend them!!
Amazing cakes and amazing people! A must try in the area, a beautiful little cake bakery. My favourites are her cakes and cupcakes, not to sweet and always moist, and carefully designed. Her croissants are also fresh, soft and delicious. I highly recommend the almond croissant with a fresh cup of coffee. A great stop for the entire family, my toddler will always choose one of her daily fresh cupcakes
We looked into the window as we were walking down the street and the store almost closing there wasn't much left so as we were about to walk away, the shop owner came out and invited us for a tasting. We tasted a few of their delicious works of art and bought some well made sour dough bread. We loved the vanilla cream chocolate cake and having an event the next day we wondered if they would be able to make us a cake. They were so kind and worked with us on the time constraint and we had a beautiful graduation cake that was well complimented. I recommend anyone visit Cakr Maker even if you're just passing by New Hamburg and satisfy your sweet tooth with freshly made delicacies of great taste!
Needed a cake last minute for my mom's birthday. Called up the Cakr Maker and they were unbelievably helpful. Between the quick turnaround, off hours pickup and help picking the perfect cake I can't say enough about how amazing these people are. By the way, the cake was delicious.
